Do you know that feeling when your order at McDonald’s Leiden, Alphen a/d Rijn, Leiderdorp, or Sassenheim is ready? You can give other people that great feeling as a Hospitality Crew Member. You deliver Good Times to our guests. You do this by preparing those delicious French Fries or juicy Big Tasty burgers that keep our guests coming back every time. You also develop skills for life, such as teamwork and taking responsibility. Besides preparing products in the kitchen, you also provide service at the counter or handle register duties during your job at McDonald’s Sassenheim. At McDonald’s Alphen Drive, you take orders at the McDrive. Or you serve the orders to the guests. Cleaning tasks are also part of this job; ultimately, you want our guests to always enter and leave with a smile.

No two days are the same at McDonald's, but one thing is for sure: you're always keeping busy! You start your shift together with your colleagues and see which tasks are waiting for you that day. As a Crew Member, you can work in various areas of the restaurant:

• In the kitchen 
  You prepare burgers, wraps, and other products according to the highest quality standards.
• At the counter or McDrive
  You take orders, help guests, and ensure they receive their order quickly and with a smile.

  You keep the restaurant clean, help guests where needed, and contribute to a great atmosphere.

  During busy moments, you work closely with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  You receive guidance from experienced colleagues and learn new skills every day in teamwork, service, and responsibility.
